Learn to use an automated external defibrillator (AED)

​Join us for a practical introduction to using an automated external defibrillator, or AED. In this session, professional staff from the London Ambulance Service will walk you through what an AED does, when it should be used, and how it can help in a cardiac emergency. You’ll learn the basics in a calm, clear way, with the chance to see how the device works and ask questions along the way.

​The session is designed to build confidence and awareness, whether you’ve never used an AED before or simply want a refresher. By the end, you’ll have a better understanding of how to respond quickly and use an AED safely if the need ever arises.
