About Event
Join us for an evening to welcome Summer through grounding and delicious tastes while connecting with a vibrant community.
We will follow a guided sensory experience through the flavors Traditional Chinese Medicine recommends for summer: nourishing astringents, cooling aromatics, hydrating sweets, cooling bitters.
Each flavor will feature a pairing of Chinese wine from artisan producers, TCM herbal tea, and seasonal bites with ingredients sourced from local farmers.
Wines sourced by China Wine Club
TCM herbs by SYI ACU
Bites by Leigh from Women in Climate & Food NYC
Location: Nomad / Flatiron
