LeadForward Roadshow (Europe)
Join The Mentoring Club for a three-session virtual experience exploring how leaders across Europe can make better decisions, redefine success, and envision a meaningful future.

Session 1 — IMPACT Decision Challenge: Supporting Values, Better Decisions, Greater Impact
Explore how Intent, Mandates, People, Alternatives, Consequences, and Trust can help you challenge assumptions, uncover blind spots, and make more thoughtful decisions aligned with your values and desired impact.

Hear from people who have followed different career paths and explore how passion, purpose, fulfillment, and impact can shape your own definition of success and meaningful work.
