About Event

This panel explores the Quadruple Helix as a practical framework for turning the UK’s world‑class science and innovation base into investable, deliverable places. Bringing together perspectives from government, universities, investors and industry, and civic leadership, the discussion examines why innovation often stalls when one helix is weak or excluded - and how it accelerates when all four are aligned around shared, place‑based outcomes rather than isolated projects. The session will focus on governance, capital, infrastructure and delivery models needed to translate innovation corridors and science clusters into long‑term growth.
