Milan Meetup: Holi @ Navy Pier
Holi is fun. Loud. A little chaotic.
And for some people, a bit intimidating.
So instead of stepping into it alone, we’re going together.
We’re gathering at Navy Pier for the nation’s largest FREE Holi celebration — an afternoon of music, dance, food, and the iconic powder-throwing experience along the lakefront.
We’ll meet at Parul Bhandari’s booth inside the AON Grand Ballroom. Parul is a published author who literally wrote a book about Holi and Indian-American traditions — so it feels right to start there. From there, we’ll head into the festival together.
This is NOT a separate Holi event. We’re just creating an easy entry point inside the larger celebration.
What to Expect
Meet the Milan group at Parul’s booth inside the Aon Grand Ballroom
Live DJs, dance performances, and food for sale
Color powder available for purchase on-site (outside powder not permitted)
Indoor/outdoor
Stay as long as you’d like
Come solo. Bring a friend. Meet new ones there.
No pressure to throw color.
No pressure to know the rituals.
Just show up curious.
We’ll meet at Parul's booth the Aon Ballroom around 12:30PM. If you arrive early or late, find Parul’s booth first and we'll tell you where everyone's at.
