Memento Mori: A Death Awareness Workshop

​Discussing death shouldn't be a morbid or taboo topic but since dominant Western culture often fails to make space for it, we fear what we don't know. This 2-hour workshop is for anyone who wishes to contemplate their mortality in a peaceful, non-judgemental space; no prior experience with death or grief is required.

​We’ll explore the emotional, spiritual, and logistical aspects of death through journaling, meditation and discussion. Participants will leave with practical tools and a fresh perspective: by embracing death, we can learn to live more fully.
