A Two-Day Immersion into the Deeper Intelligence of the Systems We Belong To

An intimate, in-person gathering for those who are ready to step more fully into the life, relationships, and sense of self they are here to inhabit — for those ready to explore the deeper intelligence of the systems they belong to.

June 13 & 14, 2026

1:00 – 6:00pm EST both days

Sanctuary · 150 Main St, Northampton MA

Space intentionally limited

About this gathering

Within the systems we belong to — our families, our lineages, our communities — there are forces that have been quietly organizing our experience for a long time. Some of these forces show up as patterns we can't seem to move past, or as a persistent sense that something isn't quite aligned. But many of them also carry extraordinary gifts: resources, resilience, and wisdom that have been waiting in the wings, ready to be claimed.

This two-day workshop is an invitation to come into an intentional relationship with all of it. To look beneath the surface with curiosity rather than dread, and to discover what becomes possible when we can finally see the full picture of what we have inherited and what we are free to choose.

Through Family and Systemic Constellations, we will explore the living dynamics of the systems we move through, honor what has been waiting to be seen, and open space for new movement, new choices, and a more grounded and joyful experience of who we are becoming. This is not training or a certification path. It is an experiential immersion, spacious and alive, held with the understanding that transformation is both deeply personal and profoundly shared.

The arc of two days

Day one · June 13

Entering the field

We begin with grounding practices and an introduction to the principles of Family and Systemic Constellations through small group exercises, including object constellations. The focus is on attuning to the work and to each other, building the relational field that makes deeper exploration possible.

Day two · June 14

Full constellations

Small group exercises and object work continue alongside full group constellations, which are the heart of the day. Participants may bring a question, serve as representatives, or witness. All roles carry meaning, and insight often arrives regardless of where you stand.

**Snacks will be provided, and downtown Northampton offers ample options for dining between the two days. The pace throughout will be spacious, with room for integration and reflection woven in.**

About the work

Family and Systemic Constellations is a therapeutic and experiential method for revealing the living dynamics that shape our lives. It understands all systems — family, organizational, and collective — as fields in which loyalties, unresolved experiences, and unspoken agreements move across time and generations, carrying both burdens and remarkable gifts that often have yet to be fully received.

In a constellation, participants stand in as representatives for family members, colleagues, or other forces within a system, creating a visual and embodied map of what is truly at play. What emerges is often unexpected, deeply resonant, and far beyond what the thinking mind could construct on its own.

There is something both sacred and strikingly efficient about doing this kind of personal work in the presence of others. In the group field, systems overlap, stories resonate, and insight moves through us even when we are simply witnessing someone else's work. We recognize ourselves in what unfolds for others, and that recognition can be one of the most liberating experiences this work offers.

This work can support

  • A readiness to move forward in your life with greater intention and freedom than before

  • Life transitions or threshold moments where something new is trying to emerge

  • Questions of identity, purpose, or belonging that you haven't been able to think your way through

  • A desire to understand what you have inherited from your lineage and to consciously choose what you carry forward

  • Family or relational dynamics you are ready to see more clearly and relate to with more grace

  • A longing to experience more joy, alignment, and aliveness in the life you are living right now

Who this is for

This work is for anyone who senses that there is more available to them than what they have been able to access so far, and who is ready to explore that possibility in a grounded, experiential, and deeply human way. It is especially resonant for therapists, coaches, and facilitators who want to experience this work from the inside, and for seekers, spiritual practitioners, and anyone drawn to ancestral wisdom, personal depth work, and the understanding that our inner freedom and our systemic belonging are intimately connected.

Experience with Family or Systemic Constellations is not required. What matters most is a genuine willingness to be present and an openness to what might become possible. If you feel the pull to be here, I warmly encourage you to trust that.

Your facilitator

Elizabeth Solomon is a leadership coach, systemic constellations facilitator, and experiential guide whose work supports deep personal and collective transformation. She brings together Family and Systemic Constellations, emotional intelligence, and experiential learning to help people access the hidden intelligence of the systems they belong to and step more fully into the clarity, freedom, and vitality that has been waiting for them.

Influenced by neuroscience, systems thinking, psychology, and a lifelong love of the ancestral and the mystical, Elizabeth works at the intersection of the soulful and the strategic. She is the founder of New Realm Coaching and Consulting, a regular columnist at Korn Ferry, and has spent nearly two decades working with individuals and groups navigating transition, belonging, and change. This work is, for her, one of the great joys of her professional life.

In constellation work, Elizabeth is known for her steady presence, intuitive attunement, and her gift for naming what has been living unspoken in a system, creating the conditions for something genuinely new and alive to emerge.

**Space is kept intentionally small so that everyone in the room can do real work. I would love to have you with us for what I know will be a truly meaningful two days.**
