Building on their recent conversation at EchoHer, Kun and Neeraj will go deeper into the LP–GP relationship: what it takes to earn trust, how those relationships develop over time, and the challenges that often aren't visible from the outside.
This will be an open conversation rather than a formal presentation, leaving room to explore the real experiences, lessons, and questions that come with building and growing an emerging fund.

Kun Peng is the Founding Partner of xBuilders, a VC firm focused on fintech and artificial intelligence. He is also an instructor for the Stanford OpenLab AI Seminar and Stanford's MS&E 447 course, as well as the founder of Stanford-based accelerator. To date, Kun has supported nearly 100 startups that have collectively raised over $1 billion, including multiple unicorns. Through his teaching, accelerator programs, and industry-leading events, he bridges academia and industry, helping accelerate innovation and adoption in AI and fintech.
Neeraj Singh is an M&A advisor and founder of B2GC, an advisory practice helping founders build acquisition-ready companies through stronger governance, decision-making infrastructure, leadership alignment, and board readiness.
His work focuses on the human infrastructure behind company growth: how founders and teams make decisions under pressure, reduce founder dependence, and build organizations that are more investable and easier for future buyers to trust.
