You spend your days leading People, building culture, and solving problems for everyone else. But when was the last time you invested in how the world actually sees you?
Most HR leaders we work with say the same thing: "I'm too busy building other people's visions to build my own presence."
Here's the cost: opportunities find people they can find. The HR leaders who get invited into the right rooms, considered for the right partnerships, trusted with the bigger mandates — they're not always the most qualified. They're the most clearly positioned.
This workshop is your room to pause, reflect, and do the actual work of building a personal brand that's unmistakably you. Led by Grace Tan ; ICF-credentialed coach (ACC), portrait photographer with 18+ years of helping people show up authentically, and the founder of Stories and Comma: Rethink Life.
What you'll do:
Look inward : Coaching-led conversation on what's actually holding you back: imposter syndrome, perfectionism, the "I'm not ready yet" story. Plus the shift senior practitioners need most : stop waiting to feel ready.
Build outward : A four-part framework (Strengths → Values → Story → Future Self) you can keep using long after the room empties.
Make it real : A live LinkedIn peer review with structured feedback from a partner. You'll leave with one concrete change named out loud, and someone who'll check in on whether you actually made it.

You're not willing to look at your own LinkedIn with honest eyes
