​The federal landscape of climate progress has changed dramatically since the beginning of this year, with seemingly every day a new rollback, funding loss, or regulatory block. In spite of this federal retreat, states continue to lead the way on climate action with innovative new funding mechanisms, proposals to streamline clean energy projects, and policies to lower energy bills.
