In "Active Life Design & Constructive Communication," career readiness meets conflict resolution skills. This session focuses on giving you the practical tools to navigate workplace expectations while teaching you how to respectfully manage and de-escalate interpersonal challenges. ​About the Holistic Hub
Created by the Child and Youth Permanency Council of Canada (CYPCC), the Holistic Hub is designed to support BIPOC youth transitioning out of the child welfare system. It seeks to address the challenges of leaving care by creating a supportive environment focused on housing, community, mentorship, and culturally grounded support.

​About the Workshop Series
This workshop series is part of our summer Holistic Hub Workshop & Awareness Initiative. Alongside these workshops, we are running an awareness campaign to highlight the challenges youth face when transitioning out of care, build community partnerships, and generate support for the future development of the Hub.
