LOCATION - TOWN HALL

A one-hour lab in movement, mobility, and Kung Fu.
What if self-defense started not with throwing a punch, but with learning to listen through your skin? With understanding how your body moves, falls, breathes, and reacts before anyone ever lays a hand on you?
This is a one-hour session blending principles from a handful of systems I've trained in — Tong Long (Praying Mantis), Wing Chun, Wushu, Shaolin, Muay Thai, and boxing — woven together with parkour, mobility work, strength, breath, and reflex training. Less "learn 5 moves." More "feel what your body already knows, and sharpen it."
What we'll do

Mobility + body conditioning — open the joints, find structure, build the chassis that everything else runs on.
Falling + grounding — how to hit the floor without fear. Useful for fighting, parkour, life.
Chi Sao (sticky hands) — partner work in slow contact. Train sensitivity, reflex, and reading another body in real time. Beginner-friendly.
Breath + reflex drills — short, sharp games that wake up your nervous system.
Self-defense philosophy — the principles underneath the techniques. Why softness can beat force. What "energy" actually means once you stop romanticizing it.

What you'll walk away with
A felt sense of how usable self-defense actually works — not memorized techniques, but reflexes, structure, and instincts you can keep practicing on your own. Plus a clearer way to feel your own body.
Who it's for

Total beginners who've been curious about martial arts but never knew where to start.
Movement people — runners, climbers, parkour folks, lifters, yogis — who want to add a combative dimension to their practice.
Anyone drawn to breath, energy, and the mind-body side of training, who wants the practical edge underneath it.

No experience needed. No uniforms. No egos. Wear something you can move in. Bring water.

About me
Doctor and longevity bio-hacker. Parkour academy founder. Radio DJ. Lifelong martial artist across Tong Long, Wing Chun, Wushu, Shaolin, Muay Thai, and boxing. Barefoot runner, bodybuilder, hackathon winner.
What I teach lives at the crossroads — Kung Fu principles, movement science, breath, reflex, and what I learned from self-rehabbing soft-tissue injuries on every joint in my upper body. The injuries taught me to respect the body. It has more answers than any single system.
