Private Dinner: Legal, Finance & Ops Leaders of Series B+ Companies
Talk growth, contracts, hiring and everything in between over a private dinner with senior leaders of Series B+ companies.
Join us for good food and an honest conversation with the people behind the legal, financial and operational decisions in fast-growing companies. Hosted by Leon Johnson, former partner at Goodwin and Kirkland & Ellis, this dinner brings together a small group of leaders to compare notes on the challenges that rarely have a clean playbook: enterprise contracts at volume, hiring across states and countries, equity programs, financings and strategic deals, AI and data governance.

About the host
Leon Johnson spent his career as a partner at Goodwin and Kirkland & Ellis, advising venture-backed companies, including Sequoia- and Accel-backed ones, through growth rounds and strategic transactions. He now leads US legal services at Omnilex, an AI-native law firm.
The conversation is held under the Chatham House rule. The dinner and 1:1 check-ups give general information, not legal advice, and attending does not create an attorney-client relationship.
