​Join us for a free 50 mins outdoor morning yoga session in Weinberg park!

​We're celebrating the best way we know how: by moving together outside. After practice, Japanese Green Tea Club will be serving cold brew green tea. This time we will bring organic Fukamushi-sencha (deep steamed sencha from Chiran, Kagoshima, Japan)

🌧️ This is an outdoor event — if rain is forecast, we'll let you know the day before.

​✨ What to expect:

• ​A gentle morning yoga session, suitable for all levels

• ​Cold brewed Japanese green tea, served fresh

• ​Easy conversation and a nice start to the day

​🎒 What to bring:

• ​Your own mat (the only equipment you need!)

• ​A water bottle

• ​An open mind and a slow morning pace 🌞

• ​Free to attend, but please only register if you're fully committed to coming. Thank you!

• ​If you can't make it, please cancel at least 24 hours before so we can offer your spot to someone on the waiting list.

• ​Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can start together with a moment to set our intention and settle the mind before moving.
