Change is never just a system to redesign - it's people navigating uncertainty, resistance, and unfamiliar ground. This meetup takes a holistic look at change management, seen through the lens of the people living it.
For this session, we're joined by Tatiana Koval coming all the way from Brasil!
She spent 23 years in marketing and HRM, former development director behind Rosatom's employer brand transformation, and someone who's spent 10+ years in the room facilitating strategic sessions with top management. We'll work through one real case: a company navigating scaling into a new market and the multicultural challenges that came with it - the decisions, the friction points, the people affected.
In groups, participants will work through a set of questions about how they'd approach the situation, then present their thinking to the room. Tatiana will respond with what actually happened in the real case - where the group's instincts matched reality, and where the real story surprised everyone.
Expect a working session, not a lecture: come ready to think in groups, defend your thinking, and leave with a sharper instinct for the human side of change.
