You know that feeling of showing up to a friend's party and leaving three hours later, wondering how you spent your whole evening talking to a stranger like you'd known them for years?
That's what we're going for.
Monthly Dose of Notworking is a monthly evening for people who are done with networking events but still want to meet genuinely interesting humans. No panels. No pitches. No awkward small talk about what you do for a living.
Just good people, and a surprise game to get things going.
What to expect
A standing evening in Kadıköy, capped at 30 people. It's small enough that you'll actually remember everyone you met. We keep it that way on purpose. Every spot is reviewed before it's confirmed, so the room is always the right kind of room.
This evening is for you if:
You are new to Istanbul or have been here for years, but keep meeting the same people, and you need to meet new faces. You are curious, sociable, and ready for conversation that goes a little deeper. You want an evening that feels easy and leaves you with people you actually want to see again.
Work stays at the door.

A small note on showing up
Doors open at 7:30. The ice breaker kicks off at 8:00 sharp and runs until 9:00. This part only works if everyone's in the room, so please don't be late. After that, the evening is yours.
Active participation during 8:00–9:00 is the one thing we ask of you. Everything else is easy.
How it works
We review every application and confirm your spot within 48 hours. If we're at capacity or it's not the right fit this time, we'll let you know and keep you on the list for next month.
Ticket policy
Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before the event. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable. If we cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days.
