

Decision Making
This session will focus on distinguishing between Type 1 (irreversible, high-impact) and Type 2 (reversible, lower-risk) decisions to enable faster, more confident decision-making.
We will also build clarity and alignment through checking understanding of tasks using RASA (Receive, Appreciate, Summarise, Ask) and defining ownership with RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed).

Be prepared to participate — this session is interactive, so be ready with your camera on and ability un-mute or use the chat
Minimum attendance applies — sessions require at least 5 attendees to go ahead
