Lessons from Running (In)effective Behavioral Systems Projects
Join the Bescy Behavioral Systems Group for a conversation with Stephen Wendel (sistemaFutura) and Emiliano Díaz del Valle (Busara) about their experience running behavioral systems projects: where things go well and where they falter.
Between them, Steve and Emiliano have worked on dozens of projects over the last few years. They’ve seen system maps quickly become “horrendograms” that no one can read, and they’ve learned how to apply these tools, and structure a project, so the work informs real decisions. They’ll share the hard and sometimes painful lessons that their teams and organizations learned along the way.
Together we’ll move from the mechanics of creating system maps (covered in prior Bescy sessions) to a practical discussion of what makes behavioral systems work effective.
