​Join me for a sunset flow by the Sea 🧘🌊
​We'll meet on Espigo del Gas Pier for a 75 min yoga class with a focus on feeling good in our bodies, and hopefully catching a beautiful sunset 🌅

​About me:
​My name is Cat, I'm from Ireland, and I'm a certified RYT200 yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa yoga. I've been an avid yoga practitioner for 5 years and completed my yoga teacher training in Bali Kapha Yoga School in May 2024. Since then, I've also completed teacher training in Touch & Assist. My ultimate goal is to bring more people into their bodies, deepen their awareness of subtle bodily cues, and learn to be more compassionate and kind with themselves.
