Community Catalysts is GroundInn Lab’s signature mastermind for community builders, creatives, and entrepreneurs. It’s a high-impact, no-fluff strategy session where we gather to tackle real challenges that arise whilst building something.
This isn’t about surface-level tips or vague inspiration. It’s about facing what’s real, co-creating solutions, and walking away with a clear, aligned next step for the month ahead.

What to Expect:
🕓 6:30 PM – Soft arrival + welcome, grab a drink, join the WhatsApp group
🏛️ 6:40 PM – Intro to GroundInn Lab + how the session works
⚡ 6:50 PM – Challenge Round: Defining the DNA
🧠 7:10–7:30 PM – Strategy Sprint: we dive deep, unpack, and problem-solve
🎯 7:30–8:00 PM – Everyone names 1 concrete action to take this month and sends through the community group
