One week, three cities, three continents. Two days after New York, the summit arrives at IE University in Madrid on Thursday, October 15: an invitation-only panel on the city at the crossroads of Western capital and the Gulf.

The event will be moderated by Dr. Johnny Din, CEO of Cycamore Capital and Program Director of the M.S. in Real Estate Development & Investment at IE New York College, who moderates all three sessions.
This session brings together leaders across global fund management, Spanish investment and development, and advisory to place Madrid at the middle of the week.
Madrid took 41% of Spanish office investment in Q1 2026 with 110,000 square meters of take-up. Availability sits at 8.68% citywide but 2.60% inside the M-30, prime CBD rents have reached €48 per square meter per month, and Madrid Nuevo Norte, 3.4 million square meters with 1.5 million of offices, broke ground in April 2026.
Our speakers will share their firsthand experience of Spain's rise and the capital allocating into it, from BlackRock's global real estate equity funds and every asset class at Azora to Grupo Lar's seven countries and Savills Spain, addressing the critical question of what is driving Madrid's emergence as one of the most interesting markets in the world, and what its position between Western capital and the Gulf is worth to investors on both sides.
The discussion will move from the fundamentals of the Spanish market and the outlook that is drawing international capital to Madrid to where the real opportunities lie today and how the city has become the meeting ground between Western capital and the Gulf.
