​​​Paola Cruz

​​​Paola Cruz is an 850HR E-RYT Yoga and Meditation Guide based in NYC with 17 years of experience in the field. She is considered a pioneer in Yoga in her home country, Honduras. Paola has been invited to teach at places like The NBA, Hilton Hotels, Nestle, Avon, etc. She guides retreats around the world and curates wellness experiences at Motto Chelsea by Hilton. She integrates the teachings of Bhakti Yoga of Paramahamsa Vishwananda into her life and offerings.
