Elf Practice isn't about practicing how to be an elf! It's where we come together to get connected, organized, trained, and ready to spread some serious holiday cheer.
Whether you're brand-new, returning for another season, leading a Cheer Bus team, or simply looking for ways to help, this is your opportunity to get the information and support you need.
🎁 WHAT WILL WE DO AT ELF PRACTICE?
✅ Get Connected: Make sure you're registered, connected with your team, and know who to contact.
✅ Get on GooseChase: Join our interactive volunteer experience, find your team's challenges, and learn how to participate.
✅ Get Your Tools: Find your team resources, important links, wish lists, fundraising tools, and volunteer communications.
✅ Understand Your Assignment: Learn how family assignments work, what your role involves, and what happens next.
✅ Talk Gifts & Giving: Learn how donations, wish fulfillment, gift collection, and distribution work.
✅ Know the Schedule: Discover upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, important deadlines, and what's happening before December 20.
✅ Ask Your Questions: Get help with the things you haven't figured out yet. This is your opportunity to work through them together!

❓ DO I HAVE TO ATTEND?
You do not need to attend every Elf Practice.
However, everyone needs to be onboarded and prepared for their role this season.
If you're new, aren't connected with your team, haven't completed your setup, or still have questions, we strongly encourage you to attend a session.
Returning elves and Head Elves are also encouraged to attend to learn what's new for 2026, make sure their teams are ready, and get any outstanding questions answered.
Already completely set up and confident about your next steps? Wonderful! You don't have to attend every session.
🎄 WHO IS WELCOME?
Everyone! Head Elves, returning volunteers, new volunteers, teen elves, solo elves, and anyone interested in helping.
Don't have a team yet? That's okay. Come learn about the opportunities available.
Coming alone? You'll meet plenty of other elves! You're also welcome to bring a friend — just make sure they register, too.
