​Join fellow senior HR leaders from across the public and not-for-profit sectors for an interactive Employee Relations Roundtable, hosted by Richard Grove.

​Bringing together HR professionals and industry experts, this session will explore how employee relations can provide valuable insight into wider organisational performance, and how a strong culture can help drive better outcomes across performance management.

​With practical discussion, shared experiences and an expert panel, we’ll explore two key topics:

​Topic 1: Beyond the case: What ER can tell us about organisational performance
Hear from Joe Perry and Tara Jones as they explore what employee relations can reveal about the wider health and performance of an organisation.

​Topic 2: Beyond performance management: Culture as a driver of organisational performance
Marshah Dixon-Terry will explore the role culture plays in shaping performance, engagement and organisational outcomes.

​The session will also cover practical insights into the ACAS Code of Practice and forthcoming employment rights changes, giving attendees the opportunity to discuss the challenges and opportunities these developments present.

​This is an opportunity to share experiences, challenge thinking and connect with other senior HR leaders navigating similar challenges across the public and not-for-profit sectors.
