VIRTUAL: Let's Talk About It | Holiday Boundaries
We're creating space for the kind of conversations you can't have in passing, because motherhood is way too big, beautiful, and complicated to go it alone.
Each month, we'll gather virtually to connect, reflect, and talk about the things that don't get enough airtime but mean everything.
This month: Holiday Boundaries
The holidays can be magical, and also a lot. Once there’s a baby or child in the picture, every tradition, expectation, and family opinion seems to carry more weight. Some traditions you can’t wait to pass on. Others you’re quietly ready to let go of. And the boundaries you know you need are often the hardest ones to say out loud.
This month, we’re making space to talk about all of it with women who understand, before the season begins.
Come with something on your mind, or just come to listen. Either way, there’s a seat for you.
Your host, Rachel Gasior, Mysha Birth Pod Facilitator and mom, will guide each conversation with thoughtful prompts and the steady presence of someone who knows this shift firsthand.
Becoming a mom changes everything: your identity, your relationships, your ambitions, your body, your sense of time and self. And yet, no one really prepares you for that shift.
Across the series, we make space for conversations about:
✨ Life after baby: the emotional, logistical, and existential rollercoaster
✨ Shifts in your relationship with your partner, and with yourself
✨ Career questions and redefining ambition
✨ What "balance" looks like (or doesn't)
✨ Guilt, freedom, joy, overwhelm, all of it
This is a space to feel seen, held, and heard by other women who get it. No filters. No advice-giving. Just real talk, thoughtful prompts, and community that goes deeper.
About Rachel
Rachel Gasior, RNC-OB, IBCLC, is an obstetric nurse, an international board-certified lactation consultant, a Mysha Birth Pod Facilitator, and a mom to 1 year old Cole. She has spent 14 years supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the early chapters of motherhood, at the bedside and in Mysha's pods. She has also lived it herself. She knows the biggest questions in this season are rarely just clinical, and she brings a warmth that makes it easy to say the thing you've been carrying.
This gathering is exclusively for Mysha members.
Cameras optional. Babies welcome. Never recorded.
