Following our first Mysha conversation on career transitions in motherhood, we’re gathering again for a more interactive, coaching-centered session for women navigating seasons of professional and personal transition.
For many high-achieving women, stepping away from a traditional career path, reshaping the way they work, or questioning long-held definitions of success can bring an unexpected mix of freedom, grief, uncertainty, relief, and possibility.
The structures and identity markers that once gave us clarity don’t always fit in the same way they used to.
And while motherhood can sharpen what matters most, it can also leave many women asking:

Through guided reflection, facilitated discussion, and practical coaching exercises, we’ll explore what it looks like to navigate transition with more clarity, self-trust, and intention, especially in the in-between season where the old version no longer fits, but the next version isn’t fully defined yet.
Expect thoughtful prompts, practical takeaways, honest conversation, and connection with other women navigating similar questions around career, identity, motherhood, ambition, and reinvention.

Nikki Edelman is a leadership coach and marketing and business development consultant with 15+ years of experience across tech, media, and consumer brands. She has held roles at companies including Meta, Refinery29, Meetup, and The Muse, working across partnerships, marketing, and product strategy to drive brand awareness, revenue, and audience growth.
Through her coaching practice, Nikki works with women navigating seasons of transition, whether that means career shifts, redefining ambition, pursuing stronger alignment with their values, or stepping into greater leadership and confidence at work. Her approach draws on both her corporate experience and her training through Brown University’s ACT Leadership Coaching program.
She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
