​In the age of AI, you might feel like you’ve been left behind by the train. It seems everyone is doing something, or a lot of something, with AI.

​At the same time, some of us are more cautious and think about the harm it could do to delicate personal data, company data, and more. So here’s the big question: what can you actually do with AI when working in Talent Acquisition and People & Culture?

​That, and more, is what we’ll talk about at our season kickoff event.

​We’re happy to invite you to Nortal. FYI, this is the office where the very first RT event was held almost 10 years ago! ;)

​We’ll jump into the practical, everyday use of AI. We believe we’ve had some time to practice by now We won’t talk only about the recruitment side of the journey; we’ll also share our journey on the People & Culture side. And to spice things up, we’ll bring the legal side to the table, too.
