About Event

Join us for a ride around Davis with Sacramento City Council Members!

We'll explore what Davis has done to encourage biking by looking at the different infrastructure they've used across the city. This ride will be about 8 miles at a leisurely pace. You must bring a bike and helmet.

Meet at the Davis Amtrak Station (840 2nd St, Davis, CA 95616) and roll out around 10:10 AM.

Want to meet early to make sure you don't miss out? Meet us at the Amtrak Sacramento Valley Station (401 I St, Sacramento, CA 95814) at 8:35 AM to take the 8:53 AM train (arrives at 9:09 AM). We'll grab coffee at Mishka's Cafe (610 2nd St, Davis, CA 95616) before heading out. (Amtrak will be $6 each way)

Meetup Time in Sacramento for group train ride:
8:35 AM at Sacramento Valley Station

Meetup Time in Davis:
10 AM

Ride Start Time:
10:10 AM. The ride will take approximately 2 hours.

End Time:
Ride will end around 12 PM.
The next train leaves Davis at 1:36 PM and arrives at Sacramento Valley Station at 2:05 PM. You can also join a group bike ride back to Sacramento on the causeway.
