This workshop explores the profound emotion, physical, and relationship impacts of perinatal loss. Participants will learn how grief and trauma can affect mental health, identity, and relationships. Through gentle education and reflection, this workshop normalizes diverse grief responses and acknowledges the often-invisible nature of this loss. The workshop also offers compassionate insight and language to better understand and support the ongoing effects of perinatal loss.

Dalila Solis is a psychotherapist specializing in supporting new mothers, “new-again” mothers, and mothers navigating life after loss (a maternal near-miss survivor and the mother of four angel babies herself). She is deeply passionate about walking alongside women through the emotional complexities of pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Her work includes supporting those experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, infertility, perinatal loss, and birth trauma. Dalila believes healing happens best in a space rooted in safety, trust, and compassion. She honors each client’s lived experience—allowing healing to unfold at their own pace.
