Agnes Short Film Contest: The Signal
Agnes Short Film Contest: The Signal
Something unknown is out there. A transmission. A sign. A moment of contact that changes everything. Your job is to find it and tell the story of what happens next.
The Agnes Short Film Contest is a community filmmaking competition where you use Agnes Video 2.5 Flash to create an original short film from storyboard to final cut. This is not a prompt contest. You are the director.
The Theme: The Signal
"The Signal" is about the discovery of something unknown. It could be a mysterious transmission received in the middle of the night, an AI waking up and sending its first message, or two strangers pulled toward each other by something they cannot explain. A signal from space, from the past, or from somewhere that should not exist.
There is no single correct interpretation. What matters is that your story has a clear signal, something found, received, or revealed, and that your film explores what happens when it is discovered. Build your own storyboard and bring it to life.
What is Agnes Video 2.5 Flash?

Disqualification
The most common reason for disqualification is missing proof of Agnes Video 2.5 Flash usage. Every time you generate a clip on platform.agnes-ai.com, you will receive either a task ID or a direct generation link. Save both if you can. If you lose them, there is no way to recover them after the fact. Submissions with no proof at all will be disqualified automatically, no exceptions.
Other reasons for disqualification: video does not meet the 60 to 180 second requirement, external footage is used, or registration requirements were not completed before submitting.
