Reflection on Rest: Funemployed ?! & Friends
Do you feel like you’re not resting enough?
Well, you’re not alone.
I’ve been recently thinking about why I can’t seem to prioritize rest (NYC summers?!) and how it’s impacting me.
So I’m bringing together a group of folks in a cozy room in Dumbo to reflect and discuss: How can we input more rest into our lives?
I’ll provide some questions to do a written reflection on the topic and then we’ll discuss informally as a group!
Come slow down, decompress and connect with folks who get it.
Tuesday, September 29th, 5:30 - 7:30 pm @ Fabrik Dumbo
Evening Flow ~
