The Business Behind the Mic: Building A Sustainable Business Model for Your Podcast
The Business Behind the Mic is a hands-on, live workshop (plus live Q&A) with 20-year podcasting veteran Robb Dunewood, built around the framework he's used to help experts, consultants, and creative entrepreneurs turn their shows into sustainable businesses.
Some Topics of Discussion:
Why do most podcasts never generate revenue?
How to build an audience that engages with you.
What actually earns money versus what just earns downloads.
How to structure your show so monetization is a plan, not a hope.
Along with a light networking session, and special announcement, we will also open the floor for a live Q&A, with the chance for a few attendees to get direct, on-the-spot feedback.
Who Is This Workshop For?
Open to ALL PODCASTERS & CREATORS at ANY STAGE!
From "still planning episode one" to "have an audience but no revenue strategy"
This workshop is for anyone who is serious about their podcast and wants their show to be a business, not just a hobby.
