​New Wave Capital hosts Marc-Anthony Hourihan, Global Chairman of Mergers and Acquisitions at UBS Investment Bank, for a conversation on running a global M&A franchise, three decades of dealmaking, and how AI is changing the junior banker role.

​Marc-Anthony joined S.G. Warburg, a predecessor to UBS, in 1994 and has spent almost his entire career at the firm focused on M&A, as one of the founding members of its US M&A Group. He has executed over 150 transactions worth more than $275 billion, primarily with healthcare clients.
