​This summit will bring together leaders from government, patient advocacy, research, healthcare, and industry to explore how stronger U.S.–France collaboration across policy, regulation, research, and public-private partnerships can accelerate rare disease innovation and improve patient access.

​This event is intended to qualify as a widely-attended event under the House and Senate Gift Rules. Attendance by covered legislative branch officials and employees is subject to the ethics rules of their respective chamber. Attendees are encouraged to consult their chamber's Ethics Committee or their office's ethics official with any questions about their ability to attend.
