Newborn Sleep Workshop (0–3 Months)
Newborn Sleep Workshop (0–3 Months)
With Lola Sánchez Liste, Pediatric Sleep Specialist & Founder of Rockin’Blinks
The early days at home with a newborn are tender, beautiful… and often very, very sleepless.
Join The Nest for an expert workshop about newborn sleep — designed for parents of babies 0–3 months and those in their final stretch of pregnancy.
We’ll cover:
✨ What newborn sleep actually looks like (and what’s normal)
✨ Safe sleep recommendations and how to apply them in real life
✨ Realistic expectations around night sleep + sleep consolidation
✨ How to lay the foundation for healthy sleep from the start
There will be plenty of time for Q&A, so bring your questions!
About Lola
Lola is a New York–based pediatric sleep specialist, mother of two, and founder of Rockin’Blinks. Certified by the Family Sleep Institute with a pediatric specialization from the Sleep Health Intelligence Program, she has supported families around the world in establishing healthy sleep habits for over 11 years.
After experiencing heavy postpartum anxiety and navigating her first baby’s painful acid reflux, Lola saw firsthand how hard it was to access clear, trustworthy sleep information. She made it her mission to bring practical, accessible, and compassionate sleep education to families during one of the most vulnerable seasons of parenthood.
