Sidhant Mehra
Sidhant brings a rare blend of creative insight and research-driven clarity.
He began his career at Mira Nair’s production company in New York, and most recently served as Communications Manager at J-PAL South Asia, an economic research centre co-founded by Nobel Prize winners Esther Duflo and Abhijit Banerjee.
Now, he runs Easy Street, a production company based in Mumbai that tells stories for leading companies in the arts, environment, and social sectors.
At Promotionable, Sidhant will draw on years of high-stakes dealmaking with supervisors, clients, and his own team to teach you how to negotiate with confidence, even if you’ve never done it before, so you can ask for what you deserve and actually get it.
Areeb Irshad
Areeb started his career at FSSAI, the statutory body responsible for regulating food safety in India. Today, he works as Senior Communications Manager at Fortify Health, a GiveWell-funded public health non-profit, where he leads strategic communication efforts across the organisation.
He’s also a career content creator with over 200,000 followers across platforms, helping professionals become more visible, confident, and in control of their career growth. Areeb has been promoted twice in the last two years and knows first-hand what it takes to stand out without selling out.
