Triple Peak! With Possible Extension
Join us for a difficult Vancouver Island mountain hike to an alpine lake in Strathcona!
This 3.4km out and back is a steep and technical hike along a series of rocky cliffs and waterfalls in Strathcona Park up to Triple Peak Lake. this is not a very long hike, but it can be technical based on conditions and there are areas with ropes along rocks. The first lake is a great swim spot, and if there is time, we may be able to extend to go up towards the 2nd lake.
We highly recommend bringing lots of food to eat at the top and to bring something to swim in, the alpine lake is quite refreshing!
