Hey, I'm Ibiyemi Balogun. I'm an entrepreneur, business coach and career strategist who spent nine years building a multiple 6-figure career coaching business from the ground up.
Before entrepreneurship, I spent 10+ years working across HR, recruitment, career services, relationship management, business development and management. I started coaching people while working as a recruiter — long before I ever called myself a coach. My first client paid me $20. 9 years later, I had built a business that generated multiple six figures.
What started as free advice after work eventually became a multiple 6-figure business, thousands of clients and professionals supported across different career stages, partnerships with 50+ organizations, universities and communities, speaking opportunities and corporate partnerships — and a business that eventually allowed me to leave corporate and work for myself.
