About Event

Join us for our February monthly meeting, meet new people, learn about our priorities, and consider taking that first small step to get involved. All experience levels are welcome!

Our February meeting will feature a presentation from guest speaker Rosaline Hill from BuildingIN.

Rosaline will:
- Introduce the work BuildingIN has been doing with municipalities to forecast the benefits of infill housing on tax revenue per hectare, zoning, parking, etc.
- Share examples of the mid-density infill they are working on, such as an 8-unit project approved in Smiths Falls.
- Discuss their federal advocacy efforts, gauge what interests our group, and identify potential opportunities for advocacy collaborations.

Strong Towns Ottawa Monthly Meetings are open to the public. Anyone can join!
