About Event

Two days at Møns Klint. A programme built to bring you closer to the real you, through nature and other good men.

400DKK per person to cover shared costs - paid through MobilePay or bank transfer after your signup is approved.

What this is

Two days in nature at the end of November. A programme of workshops, team challenges and time around the fire, designed to take you out of your usual rhythm distractions of everyday life, and get closer to what matters to you.

You will be challenged. You will struggle a bit, have a lot of fun, and connect with men you've never met on a level most of us rarely get to.

How it works

  • Max 16 men split across four shelters.

  • Each shelter group runs a rotating watch, so the camp has fire, food, water and the other necessities covered around the clock. Every day, each group takes two 3-hour shifts, one in the morning and one in the evening/night.

  • In between: workshops, team challenges, walks, reflection and shared time around the fire.

  • Phones are off or in flight-mode throughout the weekend. We'll have a phone, so you can share that number with anyone who may urgently need to reach you.

  • Your hosts facilitate and guide, but they're not there to serve you. This is a retreat into nature, in November, where it's going to be cold and a bit rough. It is not a wellness retreat.

Who it's for

Men from mid-20s to late 30s with an open mind who want to challenge themselves a bit and join a weekend they won't soon forget. Any job, industry or ambition. You don't need outdoor experience. You need to be willing to show up, get a bit cold and dirty, and to be honest with yourself and us.

Your hosts

Freddy Angelo is a coach and facilitator working with men's mental and physical health, through events, sauna sessions and 1:1 coaching. He builds spaces where men can relate to each other without making it a performance.

Asbjørn Glad is a musician and wildlife guide, trained in outdoor life and bushcraft, and teaches with Bushcraft Danmark. He knows how to keep a group warm, fed and dry, whatever the weather does. First aid is covered.

What's included

  • Shelter, food and drink for the whole trip, firewood, group gear, and facilitation. There's a primitive toilet at the campground.

  • A 60-minute 1:1 coaching session with Freddy after the trip, to land what you took away and turn it into action.
    (valued at 1000DKK)

Transport: We'll do our best to coordinate between participants, but getting there is your own responsibility.

What to bring

Sleeping bag and mat, warm and wet-weather clothing (wool base layer, two pairs of wool socks, hat, gloves), headlamp, cup, bowl, spoon, a water bottle that handles boiling water. Full list sent after sign-up.

Honest note

This is the first trip like this for both of us, so it's priced at the cost for food and gear. This trip is about experimenting and learning for us, so that's the premise for the low price. Apply for a spot if you're fired up about spending a weekend with us!
