Join us in Philadelphia for the Full Moon Forum: Harvest Moon - a curated gathering for innovative women.
Full Moon Forum: Harvest Moon
An evening for women founders, executives, and innovators.
Full Moon Forum isn't another networking event.
It's where accomplished women have the conversations they can't have anywhere else. No pitching. No performing. No pretending to have all the answers.
Just thoughtful conversation, new perspectives, and relationships that last.
Our first gathering told us we were building something different.
In June, 26 women innovators joined us for our inaugural Strawberry Moon gathering. Many arrived not knowing anyone in the room. By the end of the evening, people were still talking long after the formal program ended.
"The conversations were honest, generous, and genuinely thought-provoking. I left with new perspectives and connections."
— Strawberry Moon participant
The evening follows a simple rhythm.
Rather than small talk, we work through a series of guided discussions built around a single theme, designed to get past the surface.
The Harvest Moon has long symbolized gratitude, reflection, and gathering before the season changes. We'll use that as inspiration to pause, share what we're learning, and look at what's next.
You don't need to prepare anything.
Just bring your curiosity and your willingness to contribute.
Is this for you?
You'll feel at home here if you are:
A founder, entrepreneur, executive, or senior leader
Building something innovative or leading meaningful change
Looking for trusted peers, not networking transactions
Curious, generous, and willing to engage
What to expect
A thoughtfully curated group of women innovators
Wine and seasonal charcuterie boards, included with your ticket
Guided discussions that go past introductions
Room to reflect, challenge one another, and think out loud
An evening where every voice matters
Relationships that outlast a single gathering
