Peaceful sidewalk protest in front of Polytechnic School
This is being organized by an independent group of community members.
For those who want to show your opposition to Polytechnic School's environmentally destructive proposal to build a massive private sports complex at the edge of wildland and the National Forest, please join us at this peaceful protest.

Since this is a sports event, it is a good time to show the Polytechnic Community that we don't agree with their plans.
Why could this be effective?
-Polytechnic leadership is erroneously telling the public and officials that the community supports their development, let's show people that isn't true.
-Polytechnic is only in escrow for the land, the sooner we raise our voices, the better. Let's send a message to all that we want to protect this open space for wildlife and nature.
-Protests are typically excellent at bringing attention to an issue, especially when covered by media.
If you definitely plan to attend, please RSVP, this will help us communicate with you ahead of time for planning purposes.
Please make homemade signs and wear black if you can. Please don't include AltadenaWild's name in signage.
