Meet Marie
Marie Freisleben is a licensed Art Therapist, speaker, and the founder of Spark Keepers—a brand that lives at the intersection of burnout recovery, nervous system regulation, intuitive creativity, and what it means to lead from a full cup.
As a coach specializing in overwhelm and burnout, Marie designs her workshops and sessions to help high achievers navigate life with clear intuition and greater ease. She incorporates an Internal Family Systems perspective, mindfulness-based approaches, and the creative arts to help individuals process what the analytical mind cannot always access.
Marie has spoken at Harvard and at CLCON (Communication and Leadership Conference), where she led immersive burnout-focused sessions including bilateral drawing exercises. She holds certifications in Reiki, EFT Tapping, Breathwork, and Crystal Healing.
