Phuong Ireland leads the Incubator for Interplay, where it works one-on-one with high-potential, early stage companies to level-up their growth and hone their operations. Prior to this, Phuong was Co-Founder and CEO of Wknd Nation, an investor-backed omni-channel apparel brand. She's held executive roles in e-commerce, global marketing, merchandising, and new business development at American Eagle Outfitters/aerie, Victoria's Secret, and Bath & Body Works, where she managed large, $500M+ businesses in addition to starting and scaling new businesses. She's a graduate of Duke University and Columbia Business School.
