NEER in Motion X Bodyism: Still Before the Miles
NEER in Motion: Still Before the Miles
A grounding movement session with Dominique
Please arrive at 2pm so we can start the session promptly 😊
On the eve of the London Marathon, we invite you to step out of the noise and into stillness.
Whether you’re lining up at the start line tomorrow or simply seeking a moment to pause, this session offers space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.
Led by Dominique, a long-distance and HYROX runner, and a dedicated yoga and pilates teacher, the session draws on both performance and mindfulness. With a background in track and a deep understanding of recovery, strength, and injury prevention, Dominique brings a balanced approach that supports both physical and mental wellbeing.
For runners, this is a chance to calm pre-race nerves, settle the mind, and gently prepare your body for what’s ahead. No drills, no pressure - just guided stillness, breath, and presence to help you arrive at the start feeling grounded and ready.
For everyone else, this is an opportunity to experience the same sense of reset and clarity. You don’t need to be running 26.2 miles to benefit from slowing down.
Expect:
• Gentle breathwork to ease tension
• Guided stillness and body awareness
• A calm, supportive environment
• Space to arrive exactly as you are
Come as you are, runner or not.
Leave feeling steadier, quieter, and more connected.
🎟️ Open to all
Because sometimes the most powerful preparation… is stillness.
