​What better way to ring in this year's midterms than a panel and a party?

​Newsreel — the startup news platform that throws parties about the news — is hosting "Midterm Mania" five days before this year's midterm election. The event will feature a panel discussion about this year's election with Vox's Astead Herndon and several other guests TBA. Then, we'll ditch the mics for a DJ party.

​We have one rule for this event: NO PHONES.

​Newsreel is a new media company building a healthier alternative to the feed, backed by the American Public Media Group.
