Yoga for Busy Minds in the Woods 🌲
Yoga for Busy Minds in the Woods 🌲
Grounded in nature, rooted in the sky.
Step away from the screen and into the stillness of the Redwoods. This gathering is designed for engineers, founders, and entrepreneurs—people with active, overworked minds who need space to pause, breathe, and reconnect.
In the quiet of San Gregorio’s forest, we’ll share a gentle yoga flow and guided breathwork practice, created to help you release tension, calm mental noise, and come back to yourself. Inspired by my trauma-informed studies, this session offers not just movement but a safe space to soften, rest, and reset.
You don’t need prior experience—only curiosity, a mat, and an open mind. Let this be your “soul in the trees” session—where earth, breath, and sky meet just for you.

My trauma-informed studies shape the way I guide: with gentleness, curiosity, and safety. This space is for us to pause, unwind, and simply be.
