durch unsere arbeit bei der formel e reisen wir jedes jahr zu den unterschiedlichsten orten auf der ganzen welt. dort entdecken wir nicht nur neue kulturen, sondern vor allem gerichte, aromen und kulinarische ideen, die uns nachhaltig inspirieren.
dieses menü ist eine hommage an die orte und gerichte, die uns in diesem jahr am meisten begeistert haben. jedes gericht erzählt ein stück dieser reise. es greift eine erinnerung oder inspiration auf und trägt gleichzeitig unsere eigene handschrift. mit unserem persönlichen twist interpretieren wir die gerichte neu und machen sie zu einem teil von onda.

through our work in formula e, we travel to different places around the world every year. along the way, we discover not only new cultures, but above all dishes, flavours and culinary ideas that continue to inspire us long after we have left.
this menu is a tribute to the places and dishes that have inspired us most this year. each dish tells a small part of that journey. it captures a memory or an inspiration, while carrying our own signature. with our personal twist, we reinterpret these dishes and make them part of onda.
