About Event
Join Eddie Nelson to experience the power of contrast through movement and breath.
Start the morning with an energising class blending mat pilates and breathwork. The sessions is designed to regulate both your body and mind in tandem.
In honour of World Mental Health there will be a moment of intention during the morning creating space for you to release anything that is no longer serving, and pour love back into your mind and body.
This event will be taking place in The High Tide Room at Bondi Pavilion.
