The Authenticity Experiment at Work

ROOMSHIFT: The Authenticity Experiment

What changes in a room when people stop trying to impress each other?

ROOMSHIFT is a live interactive experience combining behavioral psychology, movement, improv, and guided social interaction to explore how humans communicate, connect, and behave together.

This is not a lecture.

This is not traditional networking.

This is not therapy.

Through immersive exercises and real-time interaction, participants will experience new forms of communication, emotional intelligence, and authentic connection in a room intentionally designed to shift participation and energy.

During the evening you’ll experience:

• guided interaction exercises

• movement + improv-based activities

• behavioral experiments

• emotional intelligence through interaction

• authentic communication dynamics

Especially for:

Founders, creatives, professionals, expats, psychologists/coaches, women in leadership, and people tired of surface-level networking.

Hosted by:

Jessica Breitenfeld — behavioral communication facilitator and founder of ROOMSHIFT

Elana Shyong — experiential trainer specializing in embodied learning and interactive group dynamics

No acting experience required.

No networking skills needed.

Just curiosity.
